Come To Live Here.

We believe that if a community’s focus is strictly on care, they don’t care enough. At Tribute at One Loudoun, great care is just a by-product of bigger and better things.

Come To Live Here.

We’ve taken the blueprint for traditional senior living and put it right where it belongs—the trash can. It wasn’t hard. Traditional senior living communities stink.

With Tribute at One Loudoun, we redefined everything – starting with the terms. We don’t call older adults “seniors”, we call them… older adults. We don’t have a facility – around here, we refer to that as ‘the f word’. Walk in and see a group of young moms huddled in a cozy booth, coffee in hand, soaking in the parenting wisdom of one of our residents. Around a nearby table, you may see a group of young, ambitious businessmen sharing a beer with several Tribute residents who are assisting in refining a new business plan. Here, your loved one has the opportunity to learn and grow, and still pursue their passions.

We’re in Loudoun County, Virginia (not far from Washington D.C.) in the middle of One Loudoun, a new town center development that is the hottest place around. Shopping, restaurants, and movie theatres are just a short walk away. The property features a gorgeous, lush terrace and a restaurant, overlooking a brand new public park next door. Relax in our bar with high-back booths or grab a coffee and relax by the fire in our bistro.

If needs arise in the years to come, know all of our team members are NIDE (National Institute for Dementia Education) certified, which is a mouthful to say, but simply means that our team members are prepared and qualified to interact with your loved one as a unique human being, not a case study. Come visit us. When it comes to great senior living, we didn’t follow the blueprint – we wrote the book.

What We Offer: Assisted Living & Memory Care

MAKE THE BEST DECISION

One-size-fits-all is fine for hats and ponchos, but doesn’t cut it when it comes to senior living. That’s why Thrive has a variety of options to suit your specific needs.

Assisted Living is for people who value their independence and are competently in charge of their lives, but need some extra assistance with daily activities. Our kick-butt (pardon our French) team members are on call 24/7 to offer as much (or as little) help as you need.

LINK – Learning with Innovative New Knowledge is an all-inclusive living option designed to meet the specific needs of those with early signs of changing cognitive abilities. Using the latest research and techniques, LINK offers a flexible approach that enhances engagement, socialization, and independence. It’s where relationships are formed and connections are forged.

Memory Care is for those who are living with Alzheimer’s disease, dementia, or other forms of changing cognitive abilities. Every member of the Tribute at One Loudoun team is NIDE (National Institute for Dementia Education) certified, this includes everyone from the chefs and housekeepers to the concierge and nurses. In a nutshell, it means we know what the heck we’re doing. And it means everyone on our team is trained to treat residents like people, not patients.
