We believe that if a community’s focus is strictly on care, they don’t care enough. At Tribute at Heritage Village, great care is just a by-product of bigger and better things.
We’ve taken the blueprint for traditional senior living and put it right where it belongs—the trash can. It wasn’t hard. Traditional senior living communities stink.
With Tribute at Heritage Village, we redefined everything – starting with the terms. We don’t call Elders seniors, we call them…Elders. We don’t have a facility – around here, we refer to that as ‘the f word’. Instead we offer a community that focuses on the total engagement of your loved one, body, mind and spirit. Here they have the opportunity to learn and grow, and pursue their passions, with team members cheering them on.
We’re in Gainesville, adjacent to Heritage Hunt—the active adult community, just minutes from Manassas and Prince William County. Our property is situated next to a pond with rolling walking trails. It also features a third-floor terrace with spectacular mountain views, and an outdoor fireplace. And just inside, a bar and cocktail lounge.
If needs arise in the years to come, know that all of our team members are NIDE (National Institute for Dementia Education) certified, which is a mouthful to say, but simply means that our team members are prepared and qualified to interact with your loved one as a unique human being, not a case study. When it comes to great senior living, we didn’t follow the blueprint – we wrote the book.
Thrive team members (employees) come to work each day to build long lasting friendships with our Elders. Many of our key leaders bring valuable experience to our industry from other fields. Simply put, our leaders believe that if we treat our team well, they will, in turn, love our residents well.
Mover. Shaker. Counselor. Bibliophile (over 2500 books read and counting) Traveler. Outdoors girl. Piano player.
Advocate. Coordinator. Wife and mom. Family fun seeker. Sunday school teacher. Bi-linguist.
We have two living options under one roof.
Assisted Living is ideal for residents who value their independence, but may need assistance with daily activities. Our community team members are raving fans of encouraging independence with assistance readily accessible at all times of day.
Memory Care is for our Elders who are living with some form of memory loss. Every member of the Tribute at Heritage Village team is NIDE (National Institute for Dementia Education) certified. That includes everyone from the chefs and housekeepers to the concierge and nurses. The education allows us to interact with our memory care residents as unique individuals rather than objects in need of care. Residents are engaged with the goal of helping them recapture moments of memories and the recognition of loved ones.
