We believe that if a community’s focus is strictly on care, they don’t care enough. At Thrive at Jones Farm, great care is just a by-product of bigger and better things.
We’ve taken the blueprint for traditional senior living and put it right where it belongs—the trash can. It wasn’t hard. Traditional senior living communities stink. We believe that if a community’s focus is strictly on care, they don’t care enough.
At Thrive at Jones Farm, great care is just a by-product of bigger and better things. Located in Jones Valley just off Carl T. Jones Drive, our promise is to give your loved one a day that is as purpose-filled as possible, and then string those days together to last a lifetime. Here, team members fast become friends. And days are filled with active lives, not mindless activities. We partner all of that with learning and laughter. We promise your loved one sunsets and starry nights that can be watched from our rooftop terrace. We promise them solitude as they walk along our scenic, secure trail.
If the need arises in the years to come, all of our team members are NIDE (National Institute for Dementia Education) certified, which is a mouthful to say, but simply means that our team members are prepared and dedicated to interact with your loved one as a unique human being, not a case study. Come visit us, and you’ll know why we say, this is where Elders come to live (and where their children wish they could live too).
Thrive team members (employees) come to work each day to build long lasting friendships with our Elders. Many of our key leaders bring valuable experience to our industry from other fields. Simply put, our leaders believe that if we treat our team well, they will, in turn, love our residents well.
Integrity banner bearer. People builder. Hug giver. Wife and Mom to 2. Christian. TV show binge watcher.
Ambassador for senior living to the community. Advocate for Elders. Educator for residents and their families. Mom, Wife. The second-best cook in the family.
Accounter of Awesome. Feedback facilitator. Liaison between families and doctors. Wife to Pete. Mom to one human (Katie Rose) and three fur babies (2 cats, 1 dog). Former flight attendant and nurse.
Resident assessor. Family facilitator. Crisis manager. Paperwork swimmer. Church goer. Wife. Busy mother of a future bride. Voracious bookworm.
We have two living options under one roof.
Assisted Living is ideal for residents who value their independence, but may need a bit of help from time to time. Our community team members are raving fans of encouraging independence with assistance readily accessible at all times of day.
Memory Care is for our Elders who are living with some form of memory loss. Every member of the Thrive at Jones Farm team is NIDE (National Institute for Dementia Education) certified. That includes everyone from the chefs and housekeepers to the concierge and nurses. The education allows us to interact with our memory care residents as unique individuals rather than objects in need of care. Residents are engaged with the goal of helping them recapture moments of memories and the recognition of loved ones.
