At Thrive, our Certified Nursing Assistants/Caregivers help create an extraordinary experience for our residents each and every day.
They are caring and compassionate individuals who love seniors! Our CNAs/Caregivers make friends and build meaningful relationships with our residents through deep-knowing – they get to know our residents’ history, what motivates them, and what gives them purpose. They are creative and passionate about making a difference in our residents’ lives and helping them live a full and purposeful life!
Our CNAs/Caregivers support our residents in all areas of daily life, providing as much or as little assistance as they need to remain engaged in an active life. General areas of support include activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, assistance to/from dining, healthcare needs, and activities. Our CNAs/Caregivers play a major role in helping our seniors have FUN, such as competitive card games, planting flowers, ice cream socials, daily exercise, and so much more. In addition, they help ensure our seniors have a tidy home by helping clean their suites and do their laundry. If you love seniors, this is a great opportunity to do your part in ensuring our residents have a thriving life!
