Founded in 2008 in metro Atlanta, Thrive began with a simple belief that still guides us today: every person, residents and team members alike, has purpose in every season of life. From the very beginning, we felt the senior living options in our local market were uninspiring, often treating people like commodities rather than individuals. Even without deep industry experience at the time, it seemed obvious that listening closely to what residents actually want, and empowering exceptional leaders to bring that vision to life, would create a better experience. It did.
Since then, Thrive has been involved with more than 50 communities across 14 states, with recent expansion beyond the U.S. Along the way, our original thesis has only been reinforced. Each Thrive community is led by a President – an accomplished, high-caliber leader whose success is directly tied to the success of the community. That sense of ownership shows up every day, shaping the culture, the team, and ultimately the experience for residents and families.
