We believe that if a community’s focus is strictly on care, they don’t care enough. At Ivy Springs Manor, great care is just a by-product of bigger and better things.
Boom! The idea of a traditional senior living community has just gone up in smoke. And in its place we’ve created Ivy Springs Manor. What’s different? Start with the philosophy. We have the audacity to believe that life as an Elder doesn’t signify an end, but a brand-new chapter, maybe the best chapter of all.
Here, you’ll get a built-in set of new friends on day one. Officially, we call them team members, and they’re dedicated to your every need. (How many friends can you say that about?)
Our community itself is gorgeous; you’ve driven past it up on the hill on Gravel Springs Rd. It’s quiet and secluded, yet overlooks bustling north Gwinnett County. The residence is built like a mountain lodge with stone and timbers, and warm finishes. There are two lush courtyards for gardening or sunbathing.
If the need arises in the years to come, all of our team members are NIDE (National Institute for Dementia Education) certified, which is a mouthful to say, but simply means that our team members are prepared and qualified to interact with your loved one as a unique human being, not a case study. Visit us today. When it comes to creating the next exciting chapter of Elder living, we wrote the book.
Thrive team members (employees) come to work each day to build long lasting friendships with our Elders. Many of our key leaders bring valuable experience to our industry from other fields. Simply put, our leaders believe that if we treat our team well, they will, in turn, love our residents well.
Purveyor of peace. News flasher. Student of residents. Random song blurter. Chauffeur for Bogey. Wife of her high school sweetheart.
Relationship builder. Hope giver. Truth speaker. Positive Spark. Weston’s mom. Ambassador for Thrive philosophy.
We have two living options under one roof.
Assisted Living is ideal for residents who value their independence, but may need assistance with daily activities. Our community team members are raving fans of encouraging independence with assistance readily accessible at all times of day.
Memory Care is for our Elders who are living with some form of memory loss. Every member of the Ivy Springs Manor team is NIDE (National Institute for Dementia Education) certified. That includes everyone from the chefs and housekeepers to the concierge and nurses. The education allows us to interact with our memory care residents as unique individuals rather than objects in need of care. Residents are engaged with the goal of helping them recapture moments of memories and the recognition of loved ones.
