We believe that if a community’s focus is strictly on care, they don’t care enough. At Thrive at Cedar Bluff, great care is just a by-product of bigger and better things.
Hear that? It’s the sound of your perceptions of senior living being shattered. Cedar Bluff has taken everything you know about senior living communities and turned it on its head. And that’s not just fluff.
What’s different? Start with the philosophy. We have the audacity to believe that life as an Elder doesn’t signify an end, but instead, a brand-new chapter, maybe the best chapter of all. Here, you’ll get a built-in set of new friends on day one. Officially, we call them team members, and they’re dedicated to your every need. (How many friends can you say that about?)
This is Cedar Bluff, situated in Mansfield. Enjoy having a good laugh with your neighbors in the lounge, sweating it out in the gym, or soaking up some sunshine in the courtyard. We’re also just a short distance away from shopping and restaurants.
If needs arise in the years to come, all Cedar Bluff team members are NIDE (National Institute for Dementia Education) certified, which allows them to interact with memory care residents as unique people rather than objects in need of care. Come see us, but remember, visiting is easy. It’s leaving that’s tough.
Cedar Bluff team members (employees) come to work each day to build long lasting friendships with our Elders. Many of our key leaders bring valuable experience to our industry from other fields. Simply put, our leaders believe that if we treat our team well, they will, in turn, love our residents well.

Assisted Living is ideal for residents who value their independence, but may need assistance with daily activities. Our community team members are raving fans of encouraging independence with assistance readily accessible at all times of day.
Memory Care is for our Elders who are living with some form of memory loss. Every member of the Cedar Bluff team is NIDE (National Institute for Dementia Education) certified. That includes everyone from the chefs and housekeepers to the concierge and nurses. The education allows us to interact with our memory care residents as unique individuals rather than objects in need of care. Residents are engaged with the goal of helping them recapture moments of memories and the recognition of loved ones.
