We believe that if a community’s focus is strictly on care, they don’t care enough. At Cedar Bluff, great care is just a by-product of bigger and better things.
Hear that? It’s the sound of your perceptions of senior living being shattered. Cedar Bluff has taken everything you know about senior living communities and turned it on its head. And that’s not just fluff.
What’s different? Start with the philosophy. We have the audacity to believe that life as an older adult doesn’t signify an end, but instead, a brand-new chapter, maybe the best chapter of all. Here, you’ll get a built-in set of new friends on day one. Officially, we call them team members, and they’re dedicated to your every need. (How many friends can you say that about?)
This is Cedar Bluff, situated in Mansfield, Texas. Enjoy having a good laugh with your neighbors in the lounge, sweating it out in the gym, or soaking up some sunshine in the courtyard. We’re also just a short distance away from shopping and restaurants.
If needs arise in the years to come, all Cedar Bluff team members are NIDE (National Institute for Dementia Education) certified, which allows them to interact with memory care residents as unique people rather than objects in need of care. Come see us, but remember, visiting is easy. It’s leaving that’s tough.
Cedar Bluff team members (employees) come to work each day to build long lasting friendships with our older adults. Many of our key leaders bring valuable experience to our industry from other fields. Simply put, our leaders believe that if we treat our team well, they will, in turn, love our residents well.

One-size-fits-all is fine for hats and ponchos, but doesn’t cut it when it comes to senior living. That’s why Thrive has a variety of options to suit your specific needs.
Assisted Living is for people who value their independence and are competently in charge of their lives, but need some extra assistance with daily activities. Our kick-butt (pardon our French) team members are on call 24/7 to offer as much (or as little) help as you need.
Memory Care is for those who are living with Alzheimer’s disease, dementia, or other forms of changing cognitive abilities. Every member of the Tribute at One Loudoun team is NIDE (National Institute for Dementia Education) certified, this includes everyone from the chefs and housekeepers to the concierge and nurses. In a nutshell, it means we know what the heck we’re doing. And it means everyone on our team is trained to treat residents like people, not patients.
