Joining the Charter Club means you’re securing your future at Thrive at Happy Valley. It does require a deposit and a commitment, but in return, you’ll enjoy early access to exclusive updates, floor plans, and pricing. You’ll also be invited for personalized tours and have the advantage of choosing your residence before others.
When you’re ready to hold a specific cottage or apartment, a refundable deposit equal to the community fee secures your commitment. Our team will walk you through the details — timing, terms, and what happens next — before anything is signed.
Thrive at Happy Valley is being built on land purchased from the current owners of Happy Valley Farms, which is independently owned and operated. Thrive Senior Living has worked with the current owners to receive their permission to draw on visual cues found across the property. We’re also working directly with the farm to create opportunities for residents to visit and enjoy the valley.
Thrive at Happy Valley will offer all levels of living for older adults, from Independent living to assisted living, memory care, respite care, and senior rehabilitation.
