The Social Court
The Social Court is not your typical senior living courtyard… oh no – It’s way more than that. it’s an outdoor space almost the size of a football field in the heart of Thrive at Montvale. Some of the cool amenities in the Social Court include The Hub, the community greenhouse, Rock N’ Roll Park, a bocce ball court, covered dining, an outdoor movie theater, and so much more!
Convivium Coffee Company
Convivium Coffee Company is Thrive’s exclusive coffee shop! If you’re an aficionado of coffee and coffee shops, or just love to meet your friends for coffee and chit-chat, Convivium Coffee Co. is the place to be seen. Experience delicious treats and carefully crafted brews served by baristas with a passion for caffeine and creating meaningful connections.
The Hub
Located in The Social Court, this community building is a gathering spot for friends and families to meet and hang out! On the backside, is the community greenhouse for our gardening gang.
Thrive Dining
Our community features three dining options with chef-inspired meals, including sit-down venues where you can spend time with friends and family and enjoy the view of The Social Court and to-go options when you’re on the move!

The walking trails on the Thrive at Montvale property are enjoyable ways to get in your steps while breathing in the fresh air, soaking up the sunshine, and marveling at the scenery!

Thrive at Montvale loves wet noses! For your four-legged friend to run around, play ball, and mix and mingle with his besties.
Trio
Trio is the memory care community within Thrive at Montvale for our residents living with Alzheimer’s disease, dementia, or other changing cognitive abilities. Trio stands for the three groups involved: our residents, their family, and our team. Within Trio are Farmstead and Homestead, the two unique small-house concept memory care neighborhoods.
Arboretum
Arboretum is the courtyard at Trio. A beautiful spot with plenty of fresh air, sunshine, and vitamin D. There’s even putt-putt golf for our Trio residents and their family and friends to enjoy.
Dog Washing Station
Just about the only downside of owning a dog that we can think of is that, after a while, they start smelling like a dog! The dog washing station is a convenient and easy way to get your pupper or doggo clean again with a minimum of mess and effort!
